ORGANIZER

‍
This special operation, hereinafter referred to as the Operation, is organized by Studely, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of €11,904, whose registered office is located at 12 rue des bateliers, 92 110 Clichy, France, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register, France, under number 820 541 449, ORIAS N° 16005471.

OPERATION

A parent, a relative of a Studely client or non-client, any adult or student and former student who registers on: espace.studely.com and receives an email inviting them to participate in the Operation is hereinafter referred to as the Sponsor.

The Organizer sets up the Operation under which the Sponsor can benefit from a bonus of up to €50 (fifty euros) if they refer someone from their entourage (hereinafter referred to as "Referred Individual") and if the Referred Individual proceeds, under the conditions of these regulations, to: The definitive opening (*) in their name of a Studely payment account and the payment of the annual subscription fees for this payment account.
or
The subscription to an Irrevocable Transfer Certificate (AVI) or blocked account with Studely, necessary to justify their financial resources when applying for their student visa at the French consulate or their residence permit in France. The Referred Individual will also receive, under the conditions stipulated in the "Operation Terms" article below, a bonus of €10 for opening and subscribing to a Studely payment account and a bonus of €20 for subscribing to a Studely blocked account. These bonuses will be credited to the student's payment account after its opening and subscription.  



OPERATION CONDITIONS AND DURATION

Any Sponsor wishing to participate in the Operation must meet the following conditions:
➔ Be a current or former Studely client, meaning, on the day of registration on the Studely sponsor list, hold a payment account or a blocked account

Or

➔ Be a parent/relative of a current or former Studely client, meaning, on the day of registration on the Studely sponsor list (on: espace.studely.com), their son or relative must hold a payment account or a blocked account
➔ Be a legally capable adult aged 18 or over.  

The operation is valid from November 26, 2025, to July 30, 2026.

OPERATION TERMS
‍
1. For the Sponsor :
a. Sponsor Compensation  
‍
i. For Referred Individuals from Category 1 Countries Category 1: includes all referred individuals from the following countries: Cameroon, Togo, and Mali. The amount paid to the Sponsor under the Operation for this category is:  
➔€10 (ten euros) / student who has subscribed to the payment account and paid the annual subscription fees for the payment account ➔€30 (thirty euros) / student who has subscribed to an Irrevocable Transfer Certificate (AVI) or blocked account with Studely


ii. For Referred Individuals from Category 2 Countries
‍Category 2: includes all referred individuals from all countries worldwide (Senegal, Niger, Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Gabon, DRC, Congo, Chad, Central African Republic, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and the rest of the world) except those in Category 1 (Cameroon, Togo, and Mali).  
The amount paid to the Sponsor under the Operation for this category is:  
➔ €10 (ten euros) / student who has subscribed to the payment account and paid the annual subscription fees for the payment account
‍ ➔ €50 (fifty euros) / student who has subscribed to an Irrevocable Transfer Certificate (AVI) or blocked account with Studely

b. Bonus Payment Terms  
Bonuses will be paid to the Sponsor 15 days after the close of the preceding month.  

The total monthly bonus amount will be calculated based on the number of students who have subscribed to the payment account and blocked account products via the list submitted by the Sponsor on their Studely referrer space.  

The total bonuses will be paid either by:  
‍
➔Bank transfer to the Sponsor's bank account or the Sponsor's payment account if they hold a payment account with Studely  
➔Funds made available at one of our Studely offices in Central/West/North Africa  
➔Funds made available at our Studely bank branches in Africa

The Sponsor's bank details and identification documents will be requested after their registration on the platform.
The Sponsor may refer as many individuals as they wish during the referral offer period.

c. Referrals Not Eligible for Studely Bonuses  
Please find below the types of referred students whose referrals are not eligible for bonus payment by Studely:  

➔Students (or referred individuals) enrolled in partner schools or schools with a collaborative link with Studely. The list of these schools can be viewed by clicking on the following link: Partner schools/universities)
➔Students (or referred individuals) who have been referred by Studely's professional partners/business introducers. In the event of a double referral for a referred individual (presence of the referred individual on both the business introducer's list and the Sponsor's list), the student will be assigned to the business introducer. Notification of the double referral will be communicated to the Sponsor when their monthly bonus is calculated.

2. For Referred Individuals :
a. Referred Individual Compensation  Referred individuals will receive a bonus or premium of:
➔A bonus of €10 (ten euros) for opening and subscribing to a Studely payment account  
➔A bonus of €20 (twenty euros) for subscribing to a Studely blocked account

These bonuses will be credited to the student's or referred individual's payment account within 15 days following the month of product subscription.

OPERATION PROCEDURE:

If the Sponsor wishes to participate in the Operation, they must register on espace.studely.com if they are a parent/relative or any other adult. They log in to their client area if they are an existing or new Studely client.

Once registered or logged into their space, they go to the dedicated referral section. After obtaining prior consent from their potential Referred Individual(s), the Sponsor fills out the form for each Referred Individual, allowing the Organizer to send an invitation to that Referred Individual. To do this, the Sponsor must complete the following mandatory fields: the referred individual's first and last name, email address, and mobile phone number. The Sponsor finalizes the invitation by clicking the "I refer" button.  

The Sponsor can also export an Excel file containing the referred individuals' databases.

a. IMPORTANT : The Sponsor must have obtained prior consent from each of their Referred Individuals to communicate their email address(es) and phone number(s) to the Organizer. They must inform them that this information is necessary and will allow the Organizer to contact them as part of the Referral Operation. Any incomplete, erroneous, false, identity-usurping, or fictitious information or contact details provided by a Sponsor or a Referred Individual will be considered null and void and will not entitle them to the benefits of the Operation.

The Sponsor's email address, as well as that of each Referred Individual, provided on the referral form, will be used by Studely solely for the purpose of sending each party communications related to the Operation: sending the referral invitation to each Referred Individual and an email to the Sponsor to inform them of the upcoming payment of the benefit.

The Referred Individual will receive an email or SMS proposing Studely's referral, containing a redirection link that they must click to access information regarding their registration for subscribing to Studely's product.

The opening of payment accounts and blocked accounts carried out as part of the Operation are subject to the general subscription conditions set by the Organizer.

b. IMPORTANT : To benefit from the advantages of the referral offer, the Referred Individual must imperatively submit their Studely product subscription request online on the studely.com website using the URL provided in the invitation email.

c. This Operation is governed by French law.
