Convert the leads generated into customers by advising them on our offers and services adapted to their needs.
Identify and contact potential prospects through various channels such as telephone, email, social media, networking events, etc.
Conduct research to understand the needs and challenges of prospects and propose appropriate solutions.
Ensure quality customer follow-up to guarantee their satisfaction and loyalty.
A sought-after profile, combining commercial expertise and customer engagement.
Student BAC+2 (BTS)/BAC+4 Commercial, marketing or equivalent.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
