Program eligibility criteria “Talents of Tomorrow”
- Aged between 18 and 35 years old on September 1, 2025. - Proof of the last diploma obtained: Diploma, certificate of completion or official transcript. - Officially enrolled in a higher education institution for the year 2025-2026.

Mandatory justification:
Show a good academic level
Transcript from the previous year (or the last full semester). No mandatory minimum average, but a good application strengthens your project. Have a clear plan to study in Europe (France, Belgium or Germany)
Serious study project consistent with your career and professional ambitions. Example: Do you want to become an artificial intelligence engineer? Choose a Data Science course in Paris, Brussels or Munich.
To be justified upon application: A clear motivation letter explaining why this country, this school, this diploma.

Prove that you have already started your mobility
Administrative formalities started in France, Belgium or Germany.

African competition (grand final)
Admission confirmed in at least 1 establishment in Europe (France, Belgium, Germany).
Justification: Provisional or final admission letter (with school name, program, start date).
Mandatory to participate: Without this document, you will be replaced by the next candidate.
