Fortuné wishes to continue his studies abroad in order to specialize in international humanitarian law and strengthen his expertise in the service of vulnerable populations. Its objective is to evolve in a demanding international academic environment, capable of providing it with a comparative vision of law and preparing it to intervene in complex humanitarian contexts. For him, studying abroad is an essential step in transforming his commitment into concrete expertise. This training will allow him to develop skills in advocacy, human rights protection and international legal intervention, with the ambition of joining organizations such as the ICRC, the UN or UNICEF. Through his project Les Bénévoles du Droit, he is tackling a major problem in Côte d'Ivoire: legal ignorance, particularly in rural areas, which weakens populations and fuels conflicts. It offers a citizen initiative led by young lawyers aimed at popularizing the basics of law through field interventions, accessible educational materials and local training. Its ambition is to democratize access to law, prevent land and criminal conflicts, and build a sustainable legal culture in the service of peace and development.
