Laïla wishes to continue her studies in France in order to specialize in international business law and acquire a dual competence between OHADA law and European law. This training will allow him to better understand the legal mechanisms of international economic exchanges and to prepare to support actors operating in complex cross-border environments. Choosing France is part of a strategic approach: benefiting from excellent legal education, developing a comparative approach to legal systems and training in international standards for the legal profession. This experience is a key step in building a profile capable of making the link between African and European legal practices. Through her M'Kûni project, she aims to strengthen the attractiveness of investments in Africa by responding to a major challenge: the legal uncertainty of investment agreements. Its objective is to contribute to the security of relationships between States and investors, by modernizing contractual frameworks and by preventing disputes, with the ultimate creation of a specialized firm capable of supporting the continent's economic development in the long term.
