Through her project Programme Sénégalais de Leadership Diplomatique Félin (PSLDF), she is addressing a major issue: the under-representation of women in Senegalese diplomacy, where less than 20% of high-level positions are occupied by women. Each year, it proposes to train a new generation of young women in diplomatic skills, through training, mentoring and international negotiation simulations. Its ambition is to sustainably strengthen the presence of women in decision-making spheres and to contribute to a more inclusive and representative diplomacy.
