To open a payment account, the user must
- Be of age and legally capable;
- Be a minor and be represented by a legally capable relative;
- Be a student with a study project in France or Germany;
- Have a personal cell phone;
- Be able and know how to connect to the Internet;
- Have an original valid identification document;
- Have a valid postal address on French territory and proof of address less than 3 months old;
- If you do not yet have a postal address in France, nor a long-stay visa for studies, you can create a payment account with access to functionalities limited to the essentials (tuition fee, payment of rent, insurance; plane tickets);
